Finding reliable freelancers is still harder than it should be
Every time I need a freelancer, I spend hours searching through profiles, portfolios, and reviews. Even after hiring someone with great ratings, the quality is unpredictable.
Most platforms tell me who completed projects, not who is the best fit for my specific task.

Hiring a freelancer is a whole skill too! It's really hard to find the right one. I wish there was a market place I could offer my task and then see the best fits or have them apply or auction off my task
