By accessing or using the Paoblem platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of Paoblem (whether a founder, builder, or tester), you are responsible for the content you submit, including ideas, code, feedback, and communications.

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of the content you submit, but by submitting it, you grant Paoblem a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.
• Professional Conduct: You agree to interact respectfully with other members of the community. Harassment, abusive language, and spamming will result in immediate account termination.

3. Limitation of Liability

Paoblem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
